Today, Crytek uploaded the source of RenderDoc to GitHub, releasing it to directly access, modify and improve the graphics debugging tool that was released a few months ago.

A tool of this nature and quality, being open source, is a great thing!

Get It

RenderDoc can be downloaded for free from Crytek. The source is now available from the GitHub repository.

The CryEngine SDK can also be be downloaded for free for non-commercial use.

  2. Apparently, they also have version 0.2 available as a binary, if anyone doesn’t want to assemble it themselves.
