Unity Gets a Mascot
Introducing Unity-chan, the new anime mascot for the Unity game engine!
Otori Koshiro was created in August by ntny, but was recently branded as Unity-chan for Tokyo’s big Comic Market 85 event, which is taking place at the end of December. Comic Market (or Comiket) is an annual event, very similar to Comic-con in the United States.
Unity-chan will not only be present at Comiket as a character, but will soon make her way back to the Unity Engine as a 3D character! Her official website will feature 3D assets (Spring 2014) that can be downloaded and used for games and applications. (The license for using these assets is not currently known).
